What a great unit! I've always been fond of Hoover products, and the Hoover Enhanced Clean Disinfecting Handheld Steam Cleaner - WH20100 just gave me another reason to keep on liking the Hoover brand. This little baby is fantastic! It's small, easy to use, and powerful. It has numerous attachments for cleaning just about anything you'd want to with steam, and the ability to add disinfectant to the mix is just icing on the cake. It seems over the past few years, I've become more and more of a germaphobe (thats Mysophobia to you brainy types), so being able to add disinfectant to mix just seems to be a dream come true.
It is very easy to operate the steam cleaner, the attachments are all easy to figure out, and the controls are a no-brainer. The water heats up fast, and there are no leaks anywhere when using it. It does take a while to cool down between refills though, though but if the water tank were any larger it would be too heavy and cumbersome to operate very easily.
I really have to hand it to Hoover, they did a great job of creating an exceptionally useful cleaning tool, and were thoughtful enough to throw in all the little extras other brands would want you to purchase seperately. It's nice that Hoover doesn't try to nickel and dime you like that. They even included a quality tote bag thats large enough to fit the steam cleaner, all the attachments, and a bottle of disinfectant in for easy carrying and storage.
Looks like my old steam cleaner is going out in the yard sale bin. The Hoover cleans circles around my old one.
